Refund policy
• 產品售出，不設退貨。
• 若不幸有所損毀，包裝完整的情況下，連同單據，於售出日期5天內於中環門市換貨，逾時恕不受理。
• 換貨 若換取低於 原有單據的售價，將不獲退款；若換取高於 原有單據的售價，僅需補回差額。
• OCO將保有換貨決定權力。
• 國際運單如果遇上包裝損毀的情況，記得拍照/影片紀錄，並不要使用。我們會跟快遞溝通損毀賠償，以幫助客人能得到完善的產品服務。

• 請把產品保留在陰涼處，遠離火種。
• 香水含有天然精油成分，顔色會隨著時間變色，溫度變化也會使精油析出。茶香香水因茶葉和酒精混合會有蠟質釋出，以上都屬於正常情況，不會影響香味體現。
• 請細心閱讀和謹守產品使用說明，若有不明白之處請及時聯絡客戶服務

To protect your rights, please read the following return/exchange policy carefully before making a purchase:
Products sold are non-returnable.
In case of damage, if the packaging remains intact, you may exchange the item at our Central store within 5 days of purchase with the original receipt. Exchanges will not be accepted after this period.
Exchange policy:
– If the new item is priced lower than the original purchase, no refund will be given.
– If the new item is priced higher than the original purchase, only the price difference will be charged.
OCO reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchanges.
For international orders: If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please take photos/videos as proof and do not use the product. We will communicate with the courier regarding compensation for damages to ensure you receive a satisfactory product experience.

Store products in a cool place, away from heat sources or open flames.
Perfumes contain natural essential oils and may change color over time.Temperature fluctuations may also cause oils to separate.
Tea-based fragrances may also release natural wax substances. These changes do not affect the scent quality.
