* Pricing Reference: Prices are displayed based on the weight of a standard 50ml perfume bottle (approximately 0.5kg). The weight of each branded product ranges from approximately 0.5kg to 1.5kg.
# Processing Note: Orders are dispatched from the warehouse within 48 hours. It then takes approximately 3 days for the order to be handed over to the logistics carrier and for the tracking number to be generated.
Friendly Reminders for Overseas Shipping:
- After your order is dispatched, we will provide the tracking website and logistics tracking number within your order details. Please proactively check and monitor the delivery progress, and ensure you are available to receive the package on the delivery day (as overseas carriers typically do not notify recipients via phone call upon delivery).
Please note that if a redelivery is required due to delivery delays, the logistics company will charge additional fees accordingly. - Please be sure to provide a physical address where you can personally sign for the delivery. If a PO BOX (postal box or locker) is provided, logistics companies may not accept it as such addresses are prone to causing lost parcels. In case of loss or damage due to address issues, additional handling fees may apply.
- If you are purchasing the product as a gift, please ensure the recipient's information is filled in with the actual receiver's details to avoid delays in contact and delivery due to mismatched information.
- Should any issues arise during transit, we will contact you via SMS or email. Please ensure the contact information you provide is accurate.
